At Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
